Learning From Legal Eagles
Pro-bono legal advice for startups is rare to come by, but thanks to the nice guys from Dentons Rodyk, almost 40 TechCircle members received some really solid advice this past Wed 11 May.
The topics ranged from fundraising to venture capital to structuring deals. The audience was pretty keen on the topics and comments and questions came throughout the session.
When questions were taken from the floor and it lasted a good 30mins to go through those burning questions. Even after the session officially closed, the speakers were mobbed (but in a good way!) by the crowd who wanted to maximize this opportunity to get up close and personal with the legal eagles.
