[Meeting rooms are for members’ use only]
Things to take note before proceeding to book:
1. There are 2 meeting rooms available: Room 1 (6pax) and Room 2 (6pax).
2. Members can book a maximum. of 2x per week ; maximum of 2 hours per booking.
3. Meeting room bookings can be cancelled right up to the start time of your booking(s). Beyond the start time, no cancellations can be made.
4. Please refrain from hogging the rooms beyond the booked hours.
5. Please refrain from using the meeting rooms for co-working with your guests!
6. If external guests are joining for the meeting, please ensure that members arrive earlier to avoid door access issues for guests.
