Delight.com.sg is an online marketplace for lighting products in the region with over 30 brands and customers in > 30 countries.
What my company name & logo means:
The company logo is a literal interpretation of what the company does, accentuated by an image of a lamp shade in the middle. Delight strives to provide simple and easy sourcing experience to General Lighting professionals and otherwise.
Why I started the company & my journey so far:
In this age of AI and Internet, being a middle-man is no man’s job. Using Technology, we solve industry-specific problems not addressed by generic eCommerce platforms. I’ve already completed first few steps in the journey of miles and it has been satisfying and personally reviving.
My lightbulb advice:
Start your entrepreneurial journey as early as possible. Start with whatever idea you have in mind, because there is no ‘perfect idea’. In this journey, there is nothing to lose, only to gain.
