Free mentorship for members @ TechCircle

6 member startups got their chance to consult the ‘doctor’ last Tuesday (22 March) for an hour each when TechCircle hosted an exclusive members’ only Clinic @ Bash session in partnership with the IIPL (Infocomm Investments Pte Ltd) team. The startups’ industries ranged from education to wellness to information technology – and each came prepared to seek the most out of the 1-hour slot allocated. The burning questions mostly circle around business models and includes topics like fund raising, keeping the business afloat in the initial stages, and managing investor relations.

The biggest takeaway for Natalya Ann Twohill, CEO/Founder of Kiddet, a platform which aggregates educational activities for children, was timely advice on how to stay focused in executing their Singapore launch, and re-grouping aims and priorities. For Jeffrey Tay of Property Asia Direct, a platform aggregating real estate deals, he found having someone with the experience to validate his business idea most useful.

A shoutout to our ‘doctors’ who took time out to provide such valuable advice – thank you:

– Mr Chua Joo Hock (Managing Director, Vertex Ventures)
– Mr Julian Low (Executive Director, Vertex Ventures)

There may be plans to hold further such sessions, so stay tuned~
