The company under 20 words:

Cloud-based logistics resource management platform connecting manufacturers and their logistics service providers to automate shipment procurement, tracking and invoice reconciliation.

How has COVID-19 impacted the company / business?

Some countries have banned non-essential export, so there is a significant short-term impact on the business. We also had to give discounts to a few of our customers for a couple of months. But on the positive side, more people are recognising the need to digitise their processes, which I’m seeing as a good outcome in the long-term.

What are some of the adjustments you had to make in order to minimize disruptions?

We had to adapt quickly to manage our operations remotely. We also had to pivot to selling our product digitally rather than in-person.

Name one technology / platform which you find useful in these times and why?

Hubspot – it is a marketing tool which contains a useful set of features in lead mapping of customer behaviours.

Are you currently working from home? If so, how has it been in terms of efficiency?

Yes – I’m more efficient! I find that I can better manage my time and get more work done since travelling time has reduced.

Any shout-outs / rants you would like to add on?

Nope, all good!
