Singtel Future Makers 2018
Singtel Future Makers has launched the 3rd run of their Singtel Future Makers 2018 social innovation programme last week. The first round of applications closes on 17 April and the second round ends on 6 May.
Singtel Future Makers 2018 is a 4-month social innovation programme in Singapore comprising up to S$140,000 grant pool for the selected start-ups, mentoring by cross-sector experts, competency workshops, networking and strategic partnership opportunities with the Singtel Group and their partners. In 2017, they held their inaugural regional programme in Sydney for six of their Future Makers start-ups from Singtel, Optus and Globe to participate and pitch at the Impact Investment Summit Asia Pacific as well as receive further regional capacity-building support by their business and community partners in Australia.
This year, they are extending beyond social needs and will be aligning with the 11 SDGs that the Singtel Group commits to, which includes both social and environmental causes.
